IndexThis site has been created by Bright Red Publishing Ltd and aims to fully support the Curriculum for Excellence National 5 qualifications in Scotland. The change around the CfE and new qualifications is one of the most radical things to happen in Scottish education in recent times and we hope that this site can bring printed materials and digital resources together to provide an evolving resource for students and teachers.
The publishing process for both the printed material and the web content has been led by John MacPherson, Rosie Howie and Alan Grierson from Bright Red, with the design development supplied by Caleb Rutherford from Eidetic.
The design and implementation of the site has also involved the collaboration of Professor Bill Buchanan and Adrian Smales from Edinburgh Napier University, and by Cameron Leask and Alasdair Robertson at Escrivo Internet Solutions. This work has been complemented by the work of the authors of the Study Guides who provided relevant material which enhanced their printed content.
We hope to continue to develop this resource not only for future National 5 publications, but also to support Bright Red’s new National 4, CfE Higher and CfE Advance Higher projects in 2014.
